Most loved oils:

Peppermint Steam distilled properly, the fresh aroma of peppermint essential oil energizes both mind and body to give you a renewed feeling of vigor. Best used on muscles before or after exercise, and to clear sinuses.

Lavender The most versatile essential oil. Its refreshing, relaxing scent has balancing properties that also calm the mind and body. Good to lightly scent linens before going to sleep.

Eucalyptus Has a fresh, penetrating scent. It contains a high percentage of the constituent eucalyptol. Applied topically, it is often used to support the respiratory system and to soothe muscles after exercise. It also repels mosquitoes and other bugs.
